Complimentary Airport Transportation

Complimentary transportation to/from The Broadmoor and Colorado Springs Airport only will be provided for the following dates:

  • Arrivals: Saturday, April 28th & Sunday, April 29th
  • Departures: Wednesday, May 2nd

If flying into Denver International Airport, you can reserve shuttle service through Gray Line for $95 per person one way. The shuttle runs every 2 hours from 4:15 am – 6:15 pm. Advance reservations are required and can be made by calling (719) 362-3276. Please note that the shuttle is utilized by Broadmoor guests and not just LTC 100 attendees. Payment will be billed to your guestroom.

Email/Attendee Contact Info Disclaimer

LTC 100 prohibits the use of pre-conference contact information for mass emails or telephone campaigns. Please select the subset of attendees that you’d like to contact, tailor your message to the executive and their company, and deliver it in a professional manner. Lincoln Healthcare Leadership and LTC 100 retain ownership of all attendee contact information contained in hard and soft copy lists or any other sources. As an attendee, you have permission to use the data for one year following the closing date of the conference with the following limitations:

  • LTC 100 attendee data must be used in accordance with prevailing privacy laws, including CAN-SPAM and any others as appropriate. Under no circumstances are you to “spam” attendees. If you receive a request from a LTC 100 attendee to cease contact (“opt-out”), you will comply with the request.
  • LTC 100 attendee data may not be loaded into a database used for mass mailings without the express consent of the contact (“opt-in”).
