Marshall Goldsmith, recently named by Forbes as one of the world's five most respected executive coaches, will deliver this year's complimentary, interactive MBA workshop on how the habits that made you successful thus far may now be the very same ones holding you back. Goldsmith will delve into what he calls 'because of' and 'in spite of' behaviors and how the gap between the two is often the greatest obstacle in reaching a higher level of success. Face-lift Face-off: A Live Competition on Repositioning the Older Facility
Three leading architectural firms will participate in this live 'reposition competition' by presenting their designs to an actual SNF provider with an aging facility. Each firm will make their case, in front of the provider, on how they propose reaching a new generation of consumers through repositioning and achieving big results for little money.
